[ kaneki doesn't mind - but in all honesty, he didn't have a lot of money to just go to hairdressers, so better learn your own skills.

But yeah, kaneki will buy what they need to change their hair. He doesn't think katsuki's will look exactly like before - he'd probably need to bleach it several times - but Kaneki can for sure turn it lighter. ]
