Abigail rushed over and gently moved her onto a stretcher that had been dreamed up for her, among her many, many, tools of the trade. She carefully rolled her victim onto it. No, not victim. Enemy. She only looked harmless because she was unconscious.
Abigail wrapped her in a sleeping bag and blankets around that bag. It would be better if she hadn't landed in the snow. Maybe next time, she'd ask for weather equipment to be dreamed up for her. She tied straps tightly around the blankets, securing her enemy to the stretcher. When it was all done, she attached the stretcher to a special harness on her own shoulders. No different than dragging home a deer.
If Ruby woke up as she walking, Abigail could handle anything she said. She always did. This was just another tribute to get her more equipment. A cycle that kept her alive, at the cost of other lives. That was simply the way the world worked.
