Wei Wuxian smirks as his strength finally gives out and that hand which now has many holes comes in contact with the talisman on the ground as he falls, activating it and using the last of his spirit. Ice blasts forth in all directions. The blood used to write the talisman and flows so freely now into the design, adding strength to it so that it spreads further and faster then even the flames did before.

The goal with his last dying attempt is to freeze everything in the room, electronics, people..whatever it could. The ice may only be temporary until it can melt away but it might be enough to delay their plans just a bit longer.
