Besides, he needs balance, and Josh has always been the balance that was willing to call him an idiot, an asshole, an entitled prick even. Okay, maybe that last one wasn't very common. But Josh knew David's concerns, that he would be just as bad as Stark, or worse, without someone like Josh as a foil.
