WHO: Anders and YOU
WHERE: Around Florida
WHEN: Varies
WHAT: Open log for Anders for the event
WARNINGS: TBA
Clinic
Anders runs a moving clinic, which is just his way of saying that he goes places and heals those who need him, be they fellow resistance or civilians. Sometimes he'll set up shop in old buildings that aren't being used and sometimes he'll find clear spaces in more wild areas, like parks, to work out of. He's also gotten good at packing up at a moment's notice and running for it. He can't heal anyone if he's captured, after all. Right now, he's located in an old warehouse that's long been abandoned and covered in graffiti.
At the moment, he's healing a young lady who got hurt on the job. Broken arm, nothing he can't fix. This comes with a certain degree of trust, because anybody could report him to the White Tower and get him arrested for being with the resistance. Once or twice he's had to leave in a hurry because someone tried to turn him in.
Once he's done with his patient, he goes to lean against the wall. He hears someone approaching him. "Here for healing or do you have other business?"
Resistance Business
Anders is no stranger to this sort of thing. Jailbreaks, rescue missions, subversion, or just making life hard for those who use their authority to hurt others. So far he's not sure whether this is better or worse than the situation back in his world. All he can do now is do what he can to make this world better.
After a quick meeting, Anders steps outside for some air, running his hands over his face and through his hair.
"No rest for those wanting to save the world."

7-8 months ago, if you're cool w/ it!
everyone in the tower knows him. kavinsky. hand to the chancellor. enemy of the resistance, falling behind rey and tony themselves, probably, but only just. he walks in slowly, his eyes shifting back and forth under the augmented reality glasses. hard to read the translucent letters and figures scrolling up the lenses.
his face is very still, but there's a disquiet about him that's-- uncharacteristic, for someone who loves the bloodthirsty game of this world so much.]
Other business, [kavinsky says, his eyes on the healer.] Wondering if you've seen someone. A diplomat.
sure
Maybe I have, maybe I haven't. What's it to you?
no subject
You heard from any other healers lately? [he asks, finally.
and by now, perhaps anders might have an inkling of it. three or four months ago, one of the councilmembers of krakoa itself seemed to go missing. a former white tower healer himself. kavinsky and him were friends, of course; kavinsky's friends with just about everyone. or enemies. there's hardly a difference.]
no subject
[Anders likes to think he knows most of the imPort healers, or at least knows of them.]
no subject
he gives anders a long look.]
I am, [he says.] Joshua Foley. He's allegedly been out of touch for several months.
no subject
Let me guess. You're just a concerned friend and all you want is to find out where he went and what happened to him.
no subject
That and it threatens our diplomatic agreement with Krakoa. Any information would be welcome.
no subject
I think I saw him a few miles north of New Solstheim about two weeks ago.
no subject
What color was his skin?
[golden or leaden. which would inform what he was doing. he studies anders with interest, no shadow of suspicion on his face.]
no subject
[Anders appears to relax, still leaning on his staff, even idly tapping his fingers on the shaft.]
no subject
Did anyone else see him? Someone with you?
no subject
[Even if he wasn't, not like Anders would give the names of people he associates with, just in case he's ever fingered as a resistance member.]
no subject
All right.
[there's a sigh as he turns.] Thanks.
